NickelPumpers Continued…

Well unfortunately we did not leave The Charleston International Film Festival with an award.  We did, however, find out that out of 384 entries only 15 short films were selected and ours was one of them.

At the banquet Todd (Pluffmud Media) and I sat at the table with the writer of “The whole in the paper sky” produced by Jessica Biel.  What treat that was to talk with him.  Whats great about the whole festival was the networking contacts.  The writer’s wife is working on a documentary and needs a DP and is considering me for the project.

Anyway, this whole experience is just one step closer to my ultimate dream.  Which is to be able to work doing what I love doing; filming weddings, events, commercials, etc. and to produce one film a year.
